I’m pleased to announce that the German language version of my Swiss Suppers cookbook, Schwizer Znacht, earned the Silver award in the Länder (country/region) category at the 2025 Swiss Gourmet Book Award ceremony.

A panel of expert judges selected Schwizer Znacht from among the Swiss, German and Austrian cookbooks and other food-related books submitted to the competition. The awards ceremony took place on Wednesday, May 21, 2025, at the Hotelfachschule Zürich.

In all, the Swiss Gourmet Book Award chose 29 books to receive prizes in 2025. Sixteen books were recognized in the gold category, with an additional 13 books in the silver category.
