La Semaine du Goût (French) / Die Genusswoche (German) / La Settimana del Gusto (Italian) includes many different kinds of culinary events held in locations throughout the country. This “week of taste” highlights regional food products and promotes sustainable practices related to health and the environment. For 2026, the association has selected Zurich as the Ville du Goût. The theme for this year’s event is milk, and products made from this ingredient, such as butter and cheese. And, Chef Zineb Hattab has been selected as the Marraine du Goût.
