My Migros #Grillitarier Recipes from Summer 2018

During the summer of 2018, I had the pleasure of developing four recipes for the Migros #Grillitarier campaign. Using classic Swiss ingredients—such as Cervelat, Paprika potato chips and Bleuchâtel cheese—the recipes shown below are quick and easy to prepare. As always, they were tested several times, and all of them were cooked on public grills at a local park. Most importantly, they received the stamp of approval from my family. Happy Grilling!

Grilled Entrecôte and a compound butter made with a Swiss blue cheese, Bleuchâtel (RECIPE below). This butter also tastes great on vegetables, like potatoes, asparagus or green beans. Easy to make ahead of time! #paidpartnership @migros Bleuchâtel Compound Butter ½ cup Bleuchâtel (65 grams), crumbled ½ cup butter (about 115 grams), unsalted and softened 1 garlic clove, minced or pressed 1 green onion, finely chopped 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce salt and pepper, to taste Stir all the ingredients together until they are evenly dispersed. Form the butter into a log and wrap in wax paper. Refrigerate for 30-60 minutes until it becomes firm. When the grilled steaks are ready, place a slice of butter on top and serve. Makes enough for at least 4 steaks. #grillitarier #grilétariens
