During the summer of 2018, I had the pleasure of developing four recipes for the Migros #Grillitarier campaign. Using classic Swiss ingredients—such as Cervelat, Paprika potato chips and Bleuchâtel cheese—the recipes shown below are quick and easy to prepare. As always, they were tested several times, and all of them were cooked on public grills at a local park. Most importantly, they received the stamp of approval from my family. Happy Grilling!
